A multi-tenant office site in Bournemouth needed tighter access control without disrupting daily movement for staff and visitors.
Solution
We redesigned door permissions around tenancy zones, updated reader points, and aligned CCTV views with entrance and reception activity. Existing cabling was retained where feasible to control costs.
Outcome
The facilities team now manages permissions with less admin overhead, and tenant teams have clearer confidence in site access procedures.
