Overview
Bluebird completed a residential alarm system upgrade, replacing an older alarm system with a Texecom Premier Elite 24 and SmartCom module. The upgrade provides improved reliability, mobile app control and remote access, together with a new external sounder.
Challenge
The existing alarm system needed modernising to provide more dependable residential intruder alarm protection and more convenient control. The upgrade also needed to provide remote access while maintaining a visible deterrent at the property.
Solution
Bluebird installed a Texecom Premier Elite 24 and added a Texecom SmartCom module for mobile app control and remote access. A new external sounder was fitted as part of the completed alarm system upgrade.
Outcome
The completed Texecom alarm upgrade gives the property improved reliability and convenient control through SmartCom. Remote access supports easier day-to-day management, while the new external sounder adds clear visual deterrence to the residential security system.
